[ 01 ]Who is Take42?
A film studio built around generative production. We make feature films, series and music videos, our own material and work made for others. The team is senior level throughout: generative artists, art directors, filmmakers and engineers. Five original projects are in development.
[ 02 ]What does your process look like?
Every project is scoped on its own, so the route changes. In broad strokes: script and treatment, look development, storyboard and animatic, then shot production, grade and sound. Everything runs in-house, on our own pipeline.
[ 03 ]How much for an animation?
There is no rate card. Price follows the style, the length, the complexity and the level of detail, so every project is scoped individually. We mostly take on larger-scale work, but tell us what you want to make and the budget you have, and we will come back with numbers.
[ 04 ]How can I work at Take42?
We keep a small in-house team and bring in freelancers project by project. Send your portfolio and CV to [email protected] and we will keep it on file. Open roles, when there are any, are listed under Careers.
[ 05 ]Do you offer work experience or internships?
It depends on capacity, so it changes from year to year. When a place opens we announce it under Careers on this site. There is no separate application form to fill in the meantime.
[ 06 ]Can I send you my script or film idea?
Thanks for thinking of us, but no. All of our stories are developed internally, and for legal reasons we cannot look at unsolicited creative material of any kind: scripts, synopses, treatments, sketches.
